The knowledge level of our staff is updated and kept high through periodic training, and it is ensured that the shipment is prepared in accordance with written rules and regulations in line with product requirements and customer demands. Our product acceptance, shipment and storage areas are monitored and recorded with cameras 24 hours a day. All our storage areas are controlled with temperature and humidity monitoring devices and records are kept on computer. In case of changes that may occur at certain rates, the center staff is warned with audible and written warnings and immediately implements the necessary procedure. Every good entering our warehouse is considered as stock after being checked through the pharmaceutical tracking system. The products being sold are packaged after they are recorded in our computer system. All operational processes are controlled and recorded by our automation system.
